Introducing MyPlan from Verizon

When it came time to tell the MyPlan story and drive conversion in retail and digital, Verizon turned to R/GA. The challenge: How do we introduce further choice into a process that’s already seen as too complicated? By elevating brand design (while still creating a seamless connection to the brand equity of revered partners), reducing cognitive load through progressive reveal of detailed information, and unifying the experience across digital and retail through single design system.
