R/GA, Marketing Agency
In 2020, we launched our Make/Change strategy, laying the foundation for embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of our work. This strategy focuses on embracing our differences and appreciating unique perspectives to create an environment where everyone feels they belong and can bring their authentic selves to work and flourish. It influences our agency culture, our interactions and collaborations, and the work we deliver to our clients.
Over the past year, we have focused on deepening our understanding of global cultural differences and similarities to foster innovation. Additionally, we have enhanced our support for neurodiverse colleagues to ensure everyone can thrive, regardless of their background, work preferences, or team dynamics.
Our journey is ongoing, and it is crucial to maintain transparency and accountability in our transformation. Through this bi-annual report, we track our progress towards creating a diverse workplace where everyone feels they belong and their voices are heard and valued.
