Senior Manager, Growth

The Senior Manager, Growth reports to the Executive Director of Growth EMEA and is responsible for incubating growth at every stage of the new business process across prospecting and inbound briefs. They also support joint growth and marketing initiatives. They bring energy to every meeting and are a natural connector, planner, and producer who is able to work with pitch teams to implement a growth mindset across R/GA’s disciplines. Through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test and learn approach, they strategise, implement, and execute activities that ensure best-in-class pitch responses. Absolutely necessary: a willingness to collaborate at all levels, ability to absorb information quickly, and stay ahead of change, be proactive, and an ability to represent R/GA’s many product offerings.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Assisting in qualifying new opportunities
  • Strategisng with the Executive Director of Growth EMEA and VP, Global Executive Director, Marketing & Communications to identify new paths to growth e.g. prospecting and annual plan.
  • Assisting growth pipeline initiatives to helping drive our Salesforce Powerpipeline, develop and maintain and grow our prospect and organic client database and logging of opportunity and prospect data.
  • Collaborate and assist VP, Global Executive Director, Marketing & Communications and Executive Director of Growth EMEA on events, key thought leadership, driving prospect focused social assets, newsletter localisation in collaboration with global marketing team.
  • Proactive mindset when it comes to improvement of new business process and prospecting initiatives
  • The ‘Engine’ behind live pitches ensuring we are keeping time and to brief, keeping track of actions, notes and documents
  • Leader of RFIs, procurement registration, with a constant eye on improving our credentials
  • Leading production of R/GA Live events
  • Ensuring our case studies are up to date, on our website and collateral
  • Prepare growth strategy documents

 

 

Pre-Requisite Experience 

 

  •     3-5+ years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency
  •     A passion for building, bringing to market, brand and digital products and services
  •     Previous experience across new business and marketing functions preferred
  •     Entrepreneurial spirit to help R/GA shape growth initiatives 
  •     Previous experience in a professional consulting company highly desired

This is a hybrid role and our offices are located Liverpool Street, London however, we could be open to this so please still apply even if out of London 🙏🏻
