Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Producer / Project Manager at R/GA:


On any given day you might

  • Manage interdisciplinary teams to evolve creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables
  • Define and manage the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
  • Serve as primary client contact, defining the project vision and managing expectations
  • Play a dual role of client advocate and R/GA team advocate
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively set up the presentation of creative work
  • Communicate project issues and resolution to the client and internal team

The ideal person

  • Experienced in running campaigns, content production and digital communication 
  • Has managed project budgets over £200k
  • Experienced in developing detailed scopes including project approaches, timelines, budgets
  • Experienced in developing detailed Statements of Work document
  • Is a proactive and creative problem solver
  • Is highly organized and detail oriented
  • Understands the importance of collaboration
  • Can roll with the punches and has a flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments 
  • Is trusted by the team and can independently oversee a workstream, and knows how to build a client facing presentation

You bring
