Our Finance team helps oversee our financial affairs worldwide to ensure the continued growth of our capabilities and talent. They weigh every finance decision, no matter how big or small, to determine how it will affect the business, making them a key piece of RGA’s operations and evolution.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Finance Analyst at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Partner with client teams to review various financial and billing tasks 
  • Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closing and revenue recognition 
  • Oversee the monthly invoicing process and resolve any client billing issues
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable questions
  • Meet with client team leads to review jobs and related activity
  • Review and report on client expenses, and conduct reconciliations
  • Assist finance managers with client trackers and job status reports
  • Assist Finance Directors with creating reports for senior management, including monthly results, revenue forecasts, and other ad hoc reports

 

The ideal person

  • Is highly experienced in Microsoft Excel
  • Is analytical and enjoys problem solving
  • Has experience with  SAP, or knowledge of integrated financial systems
  • Has experience reading contracts
  • Is organized and pays attention to the details
  • Has excellent communication skills and is able to collaborate with teams and clients
  • Is self-motivated and loves a good challenge
  • Enjoys working with people across multiple departments
  • Is comfortable working on Google Slides/Powerpoint presentations

 

You bring

  • 2+ years’ related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
