The right person will be fluent in concepting and collaborating and have mastered the art of writing in multiple styles for various channels.  They’re comfortable presenting concepts to clients and their ideas are innovative and strategic and they are an excellent manager.

On any given day you might…

  •         Manage the creative strategy and general direction of client work
  •         Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations
  •         Serve as the department leader and ensure the continued growth of the team
  •         Manage client relationships and work to deepen their knowledge of powerful marketing communications
  •         Identify the conceptual and strategic direction for various projects, and clearly present those ideas to the team and the client

 

The ideal person...

  •         Is a strong leader who can manage multiple clients, projects and teams
  •         Has a nurturing approach to team members and is committed to showcasing their ideas and encouraging progression
  •         Has experience building ideas in a digital environment
  •         Has a background in writing and is a fantastic storyteller
  •         Has ample experience working with and presenting to clients of all level
  •         Is interested in digital innovation
  •         Has something to prove.
  •         Is happy to lean in and do the work when needed
