With over 100 employees across Australia our Team Coordinator plays an integral role in maintaining and assisting our staff. They provide much needed support to keep R/GA running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal person will love working with people and be keen to continue to help drive our wonderful culture at R/GA Australia.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Team Coordinator at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Provide Concierge level customer service to employees, clients, vendors and guests

  •  Manage reception traffic and incoming calls

  • Ensure smooth new hire onboarding, including managing initial desk, equipment and access

    card setup as well as employee orientation

  • Organise events - both internal and external

  • Organise Catering for the Australian offices

  • Assist with all agency presentations as needed

  • Manage the First Aid and Evacuation programs

  • Assist with coordinating staff and client meetings, including food orders, set-up and presentation

  • Receive and coordinate incoming and outgoing package and mail deliveries

  •  Manage all office supply inventory and restocking

The ideal person

  • Is a real people person who loves being involved and driving a positive attitude

  • Can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once, and has a flexible attitude towards constantly changing priorities

  • Has outstanding communication and organisational skills

  • Has a passion for taking initiatives and follow-through to get things done

  • Is proactive, detail oriented and professional

You bring

  • 1+ years’ prior administrative and customer service experience, preferably at an advertising agency or production company
