Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Art Director at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Ideate, craft and build brands through campaign level thinking and execution
  • Oversee the creation and production of campaign solutions for our clients
  • Collaborate with Experience Designers, Copywriters and Creative Technologists to execute the visual portion of a campaign
  • Partner with other disciplines when possible to create the best possible work

 The ideal person

  • Proven skills in the areas of big ideas, concept development, art direction and graphic design
  • Fresh thinker who embraces difficult briefs and new ways of doing things 
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communication and relationship skills
  • Articulate and can talk through ideas convincingly to internal teams and clients 
  • Great grasp of social media and new age technologies
  • Keen observer of culture through current affairs, film, music, games or tech 

You bring

  • 3+ years’ design experience in web, advertising (including Social) and typography
  • Understanding of movie production
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and Google Workspace
  • Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus
