Quite simply, our Operations team is tasked with keeping our business running smoothly via the use of our internal business operations platform, Reporter. They are masters of multitasking and they collaborate with every department at R/GA each and every day, making them an essential part of the success of our business.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Operations Associate at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Manage internal staffing processes for new hires, departures and transfers
  • Conduct varied system trainings for new hires globally
  • Provide assistance to human resources, recruitment and resource management
  • Verify and approve freelancer payments in multiple platforms and currencies
  • Conduct quarterly audits on system staffing information and access
  • Maintain job titles, rate cards, overhead rates and currency exchange rates
  • Approve job openings and assist producers with job management and job closures
  • Review freelancer timesheets and resolve any issues with employee timesheets
  • Transfer employee timesheets hours between projects as directed
  • Create custom reports and audit data in conjunction with Senior Manager, Business Operations

The ideal person

  • Has strong communications, writing and organization skills
  • Is incredibly detail oriented
  • Has prior administrative or customer service experience
  • Has an aptitude or an eagerness toward learning the depth software and/or platform product
  • Is discreet
  • Is comfortable speaking in front of groups

You bring

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience working in human resources, resource management or business administration
  • A proficiency with Microsoft Office software
