 Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Senior Art Director at R/GA:

 On any given day you might

  • Serve as the standard bearer for client’s brand messaging and identity
  • Concept and collaborate with Copywriters, Experience Designers, Designers, Art Directors, and Tech Leads to create world, class, award-winning campaigns
  •  Nurture junior talent, providing clear direction and constructive feedback
  • Work closely with producers to schedule deadlines, and resolve resource and delivery issues
  • Work with Account Managers and Planners to ensure creative concepts are on brand and strategically sound
  •  Present to and meet with clients of all levels


The ideal person

  •  Has a proven track record in both product and campaign work
  • Is experienced with CG/motion, animation, social, editorial and design
  • Has a strong understanding of social platforms and how to make the most of them 
  • Is an experienced multi-tasker and is not intimidated by the thought of juggling multiple projects and tasks at once 
  • Is able to direct and enhance the efforts of a creative team, editors and content makers
  • Passionate about mentoring and supervising junior talent
  •  Can discern individual team members’ abilities and match the right people with the right work
  • Is comfortable collaborating with people from different creative disciplines and teams like engagement managers, production and technology

 You bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in content creation, moving image and design 
  • Experience with CPG brands
  •  An understanding of the best practices for digital channel formats and stay current with ever evolving social platforms and how people engage with them 
  • Design is a bonus
