Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Account Supervisor at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Develop and supervise the implementation of tactical plans to accomplish our client’s objectives, while managing client and agency expectations
  • Supervise the planning process, including situation analysis, brand planning, and marketing plan development
  • Develop strategic and creative briefs, and present materials internally and to the client
  • Conduct status meetings to discuss problems, opportunities, and work in progress
  • Independently lead and oversee projects while guiding cross-agency collaboration
  • Help lead cross-functional teams made up of Strategy, Experience Design, Creative, Technology and Production 
  • Build expertise in clients' business and function as an effective spokesperson for their business needs within the agency. Stay informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid client/agency relationship. 
  • Develop and manage relationships with mid-senior level clients on their accounts and become a trusted advisor and a go-to person for helping them with their business issues. 
  • Maintain open and complete communications of client status and issues with functional agency leaders. Keep Group Account Director informed of the status of projects, problems, plans and meetings, and involve appropriate agency management personnel at key times. 
  • Comprehend and help sell in the full talent and capabilities of R/GA 
  • Provide an analytical and strategic approach to client problems 

The ideal person 

  • Has excellent public speaking and presentation skills 
  • Can foster strong, cohesive interdisciplinary teams
  • Has experience defining solutions that generate measurable results for clients
  • Can provide thought leadership in the area of relationship marketing, integrated communications, testing and analysis
  • Confident leading cross-agency teams
  • Experience with paid media including all FB/IG, Pinterest, YouTube and CTV
  • Is comfortable training and overseeing a team of Account Managers and Coordinator

You bring

  • 5+ years’ experience developing interactive projects, and managing large creative teams and clients
  • Experience with various projects types, including media, web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting
  • A passion for creating experiences that drive business growth for clients, including digital experience creation, digital experience strategy and social media
  • You are adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced/fluid environment
