We are looking for an ambitious ACD to lead the concept and copy development on all comms for one of the world’s leading sportswear and lifestyle brands. 

Reporting to R/GA’s Head of Story, and partnering with the Design Director, you will lead a team of Sr. and Jr. creatives to conceptualise and deliver work across the entire brand ecosystem. 

You must be comfortable working on fast-paced briefs and collaborating with both, agency and brand teams to:

Solve business problems through strategies and ideas that change behaviours and open disruptive opportunities (products, movements and campaigns) for the brand.

- Deliver world-class, digital-first comms that are a referent for both, the audience and the industry.

- Deeply understand the ongoing relationship between the brand and its members/fans and evolving this through both reactive and proactive activities and content.

The ideal candidate must prove highly-strategic thinking and best-in-class concepting and writing skills in their folio. Strong presentation and deck creation skills as well as a collaborative and relentless spirit are a plus.

This is a brand engraved in trends, youth and sports culture. A successful candidate must prove his/her deep understanding of any of these. 

Significant experience or understanding of the women category, and a genuine drive to re-shape culture through professional or personal projects are highly desirable.
