  • Oversee the quality of briefs and strategic output from the larger strategy team 
  • Collaborate with account leads and creative leadership to guide our clients towards bold and innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate business and strategic recommendations that leads to client growth solutions

  • Has a strong perspective on integrated brand strategy, with a passion and knowledge of behaviors, trends, and culture driven by social platforms
  • Has experience working with big, complex, global brands
  • Insanely curious about how technology drives culture and human behavior
  • Is broadly experienced in many different strategic disciplines and categories
  • Exemplifies the highest standard of strategist craft skills

You bring

  • 10+ years’ experience leading innovative strategies at an agency and working with developing insights, leading cultural trends, and driving big ideas for interactive platforms
  • Proven history of industry leading strategy and creative work
  • A data-driven, performance marketing and retail oriented skill set
  • Strong management skills and experience managing a team of strategists
