Our Experience Design team creates elegant and intuitive experiences that people love. They know how a product should look, feel and work, and understand what customers need and want in both digital and physical worlds. They work seamlessly in a collaborative environment and cross-pollinate ideas from an array of disciplines. They communicate their ideas clearly and inspire those around them.

On any given day you might
- Create evolved and futuristic experiences that better our world
- Conduct research, interviews, design explorations, and strategic analysis
- Identify and understand the client business context, demands and opportunities
- Uses qualitative and quantitative data and insights to inform design decisions
- Contribute to the definition scope and phasing of project timelines
- Facilitate workshops with various teams and stakeholders
- Provide deliverables including proof of concept, wireframes, flows, personas, service blueprints and prototypes
- Present work to internal teams and clients
- Track and monitor progress on development and quality of the experience
The ideal person
- 5+ years’ experience in Experience and/or Service Design
- Has successfully launched projects that demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking
- Is a self-starter who will bring out-of-box ideas and fresh approaches to projects
- Understands customer needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables
- Understands interactive experiences, channels, and design principles
- Is up to speed on emerging technology
- Is exceptionally organized and able to switch between different projects in a fast-paced environment
- Is a natural collaborator and comfortable working directly with clients
- Exemplifies grace under pressure
- Has exceptional presentation skills
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Proficiency in the Sketch, Figma, Adobe CS, Invision and Protopie
