In this interactive workshop, founder of True&North, David Clayton, and co-facilitator, Lucien Etori, VP Executive Strategy Director at R/GA will demystify the perennial challenge of selling. For creatives, their work is who they are, so every “no'' can feel personal and anxiety-inducing. It can be daunting, stressful, and feel conflict-creating. But it is possible to boost confidence by mastering a method of selling that’s based on empathy and mutual understanding. David draws on direct experience delivering True&North workshops for leading brands and media companies, and in this session he’ll unpack the behaviors that translate into successful interactions and result in impactful solutions to sell products and ideas. Participants will also get to present back and practice newly learnt skills.
